Performances

Venkatesh played a mature role as Rambabu and moreover a deglam role which suits his age aptly. He is good in emotional and does a neat performance on a whole.

Meena supported Venkatesh to her best and the two kids does their performance. Nadhiya is impressive so Naresh. Sapthagiri, Ravi Kale and others adequate.

Technical Analysis
Sharreth's background score is ok. S Gopal Reddy's cinematography is simple superb. Sripriya is good in her screenplay and her direction if neat with good remake. Production values are just Ok.

Analysis

First half of Drishyam goes with boring narration for the first 20 minutes later on the story grips and leaves the audience to a thrill feel. Scenes between Venky-Sapthagiri came out well. Romantic scenes between Venkatesh and Meena seems to be odd.

Second half too maintains the suspence element till the end. Emotional content in this half connects to the audeince utmost. The emotional scenes of a middle class family and how a father strives to bring out his family from the difficult situations. This is half makes the audience to stick to the seats. Climax is revealed in a impressive way.

Venkatesh, Meena, Nadhiya, Two Kids, each and every character does justice to their characters by which Drushyam makes a thriller experience to the audience.
