Ra Ra Krishnayya Movie Review

Starring: Sundeep Kishan, Regina, Jagapathi Babu and others
Direction:Mahesh Babu
Music:Achu
Rating : 3/5

Story :

Kittu (Sundeep Kishan) is a cab driver who works under Manikyam (Tanikella Bharani). Kittu has big ambitions in life and makes savings worth 6 Lakhs with Manikyam. But the later cheats him and refuses to give kittu his money back. On the other side, there is Nandeeswari aka Nandu (Regina), the only daughter of Manikyam who is being forced to marry Aravind Swamy (Satyam Rajesh). It was then Kittu gets agitated and kidnaps her to get his money back from Manikyam. Once the Kidnap is done, things gets more complicated for Kittu. How the story meets a ‘happy ending’ is the rest all about!

Technical Performances:

Debutant director Mahesh Babu suffered due to inexperience. He managed the first half of the film very well with some good comedy. However the graph suddenly dips in the second half. The director got confused with so many characters and could not do justice to them. The climax is further cliched. The much publicized lip lock is just a over hype.

Achu’s music is one of the major highlight of the film. Also all the songs are well shot too. Sri Ram’s Cinematography is very colourful and production values are too good. Marthand K Venkatesh’s scissors should have worked better in the second half.

Final Say:

Ra Ra Krishnayya is that kind of film which offers nothing new in terms of story or screenplay. You just have a predictable story mixed with some good comedy here and there. Its like you will not miss anything even if you miss watching this film. AVERAGE STUFF
